The Manhattan district attorney’s office has released new details in court and a criminal complaint, showing that the White woman who called 911 on a Black bird-watcher called a second time, according to CNN.

Amy Cooper, who called the police on Christian Cooper, made another call where she falsely told 911 operators that Christian Cooper had also tried to assault her.

“When responding officers arrived, Ms. Cooper admitted that the male had not ‘tried to assault’ or come into contact with her,” the DA’s office said, according to CNN.

While Christian Cooper hasn’t wanted to be involved in the court proceedings, Amy Cooper faces a misdemeanor charge of falsely reporting an incident in the third degree.

“My focus has been and continues to be on fixing policing and addressing systemic racism like we saw in that incident,” Christian Cooper told CNN, also encouraging voters that immediate action would be voting Donald Trump out of the White House.
