Writer Alicia Wallace was in the room where it happened. She was invited to speak to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle about the impact of England’s attempt to colonize, well, the world. Wallace is from the Bahamas, a nation that once belonged to the Brits and was the source of income for many rich Londoners. She talked frankly with the pair about what needs to happen for islands like the Bahamas to realize true equality for all people — Black and White.
