For Teen Vogue, Kimberly Drew interviews model/actor/activist Jari Jones, who she describes as simultaneously taking up space and making room for others. In the interview, Jones talks candidly about balancing representation as a Black trans woman with wanting to just be herself. She says: “I want to leave this world knowing that I did beautiful art, knowing that I did things that people can visually enjoy or audibly enjoy. I love the idea of being label-less.”
