After Rudy Giuliani, an ignorant racist who never deserved the good reputation he has since lit on fire, made a false claim against her, former Georgia election worker Shaye Freeman Moss has seen her life ruined.

Testifying during Tuesday’s Jan. 6 committee hearing along with her mother, Ruby Freeman, Moss described how a racist mob of Donald Trump supporters targeted the two after Giuliani, working at the behest of Trump, spread a lie about their actions on Election Day 2020.

In his false accusations, Giuliani said that Moss handed Freeman a thumb drive “like they were vials of heroin or cocaine.” (Around this same period of time, Giuliani posted a racist video of himself mocking Asians.) Moss said in her testimony that her mother had handed her a ginger mint. Meanwhile, Giuliani is (still) battling allegations of being a fucking drunk.

Describing the threats leveled against her on Facebook Messenger, Moss said, “A lot of threats, wishing death upon me, telling me that I’ll be in jail with my mother and saying things like, ‘Be glad it’s 2020 and not 1920.’”
