Zendaya Channels the First Black Supermodel

In a stunning photoshoot for ESSENCE, actress Zendaya pays tribute to Donyale Luna, the first Black supermodel. Both women are trailblazers: Last year, Zendaya became the youngest woman ever to win the Emmy for outstanding lead actress in a drama. In 1966, Luna was the first Black woman to appear on the cover of the British edition of Vogue.
